The Ferrari 312 B2, arguably one of the most beautiful F1 cars of the early 70s, was a new design rather than an evolution of the 312 B. It came with a new squared nose cone and sides, a rear wing moved towards the tail and a typical shock absorbers and springs setup which, rather unusually, was located under the rear wing.
